Changes and additions to the rules

Batery India Terms and Conditions are revised and supplemented periodically. Each player will be notified of this in advance via a notification in their personal account or email.

The company recommends that gamers check the relevant section on the site or Batery Bet app from time to time for updates. This will help to avoid misunderstandings between the parties, and users will stay up to date with all events. As soon as a new document is published on the site, it will immediately come into effect. Therefore, further activity in Batery will be considered as automatic consent to the amendments.

Requirements for Indian gamers

Only those users who meet the following requirements can create a profile in Batery India:

• The person is at least 18 years old and can enter into a legal agreement with the company;
• The player is an individual and does not represent the interests of third parties or legal entities;
• The gamer confirms that being on the website does not contradict the laws of their jurisdiction;
• The user is not a professional athlete;
• The player is not self-excluded and has not been diagnosed as an addict;
• The user is aware of all the risks associated with betting and gambling.

Registration Rules

Creating an account is a mandatory requirement to place a bet or make a deposit. Registration has the following rules:

• The user must fill in all blank fields of the registration form;
• The player confirms that the data provided during registration is accurate, true, and current;
• The gamer is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date;
• The player must create a unique username and a strong password;

For successful verification, it is important that all details in the documents match what the gamer indicated during registration.

The company will process the documents within 24 hours and after that either verify or not the player’s account. Batery India has the right to request a video or audio call with the user to clarify any details or conduct additional verification.

Deposit and Withdrawal

If a player wants to bet real money, then they should know the rules of deposit and withdrawal:

• The player can only use those payment methods that the company offers;
• The player can only use their own payment method, the owner’s name of which must match the player’s name;
• Batery India does not accept payments from third parties or cash;
• The player confirms that the funds used were obtained legally;
• The company checks all transactions for fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing;
• Before withdrawing funds, the player must wager at least 70% of the deposit.
